Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is at [3PM], and check-out time is at [10AM]. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy
Because of the very short summer rental season and the virtually impossible to fill the vacancy in a short time, we require you contact us soon if you would like to cancel your reservation. There is a $50 plus tax processing fee for any reservations cancellation made 30 days prior to your stay. If cancelling less than 30 days but not within 14 days prior to your stay, a 20% of your deposit will be non-refundable. In the event you had to cancel 14 days or less prior to arrival, the full rate (100%) will be applied to your credit card. Early departures will be treated as a cancellation and are non-refundable. A full charge will be applied to your credit card if no show.
Visitor and Parties Policy
We do not allow parties. Visitors are also not allowed during the Country Music festival. Any visitor has to leave the property by 10pm. Fireworks are not allowed to be set off on the property.
Pets
Because of the pride we put into the cleanliness of our cottages, and the allergic reactions of some of our guests, "we regrettably do not accept any pets.”
Housekeeping and Damages
Guests are responsible for keeping the cottage in good condition during their stay. Any damages caused by guests will be charged to the credit card on file. Daily housekeeping is not provided, but additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee.
Outdoor Amenities
Guests are welcome to use outdoor amenities such as BBQ grills, fire pits, and picnic areas. However, we ask that you use these facilities responsibly and adhere to any posted guidelines.
Guest Conduct
Respectful and courteous behavior is expected from all guests. Any disruptive or inappropriate conduct that interferes with the enjoyment of other guests may result in eviction without refund.
Smoking
If smoke fumes are detected inside the cottage upon departure, a Cleaning Charge of $250.00 will be taken from the Credit Card used to hold the reservation. Smoking is only permitted on the decks of the cottages, and ashtrays will be provided.
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather conditions affecting travel plans, Fiddler’s Green Country Cottages reserves the right to modify reservation dates or provide a credit for a future stay. Please contact us for assistance in such circumstances.

In the event of an emergency, please familiarize yourself with the following procedures:
Medical Emergencies
Dial emergency services immediately by calling [911]. Inform the front desk of any medical emergencies so that assistance can be coordinated promptly.
Natural Disasters
In the event of severe weather or natural disasters, follow guidance provided by local authorities. Stay informed through local news channels and adhere to any evacuation orders if necessary.
Security Concerns
If you observe any suspicious activity or have security concerns, please report it to the front desk immediately. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities.
Fire Safety
Familiarize yourself with the location of fire exits and fire extinguishers. In case of a fire, exit the building calmly and proceed to the designated assembly point.
Loss of Power or Utilities
Report any loss of power or utility services to the front desk immediately. Emergency lighting is provided in common areas, and flashlights are available in each cottage for your convenience.
